Patient classification indications and criteria:

• Fit, but with history of episodic LBP.
• Limited or no ‘sciatica’.
• Limited motion disorders.
• Chronic or chronic recurrent thoracic pain.
• Limited success with thoracic manipulation.
• Transitional zone and/or upper lumbar symptoms.
• Hyper-kyphotic, posterior thoracic translation postures.
• No headaches, ocular or cardiac issues.
